Olivier has professional experience in finance and industry.

Between 1987 and 2001, Olivier worked in distribution and commercial real estate in Belgium.

In 2001, he created Pergam and developed investment activities in listed and real assets

He graduated from IEP Paris and holds an MBA from HEC. He is a member of the investment committee of the HEC Foundation.

Olivier participates in open water swimming competitions and regularly plays in a rock band.

Sophie has been a shareholder of Pergam since 2001 and is the Deputy CEO and the Compliance and Internal Control Officer.

Sophie participated with Olivier in the creation of Pergam in 2001.

She is involved in the structuring and monitoring of private equity activities, with regard to legal, compliance and valuation issues.

She previously worked at two independent asset management companies and then at Credit Suisse Asset Management.

Sophie holds a DESS from IAE Paris

Aymeric started his career at Banque de Neuflize in 2000 before joining the private banking department of Richelieu Finance in 2005.

He then developed management under mandate for Banque Pictet & Cie in Paris for 7 years, before joining SPGP in 2014 as Head of Mandate Management.

In 2016, he was appointed Director of Management at Pergam.

Aymeric holds a Master’s degree in Finance and International Asset Management (ESC Nice) as well as a DPECF and a DES in Finance (ESGF).

Nacime joined Pergam’s Management team as a middle officer.

Benjamin has 20 years of experience in financial analysis and fund management.

After starting his career in Paris in strategy consulting, Benjamin joined Merrill Lynch as a sell-side financial analyst in London for 3 years. He then pursued his career as an analyst in hedge funds and long-only funds as a generalist or sector analyst.

He moved to Paris and joined Pergam in 2021 to manage equity funds and to assist the team in selecting securities and developing new products.

Benjamin is a graduate of HEC and holds an MBA from the Wharton School.

After starting at iVesta familly office as a trainee in February 2022, Sarah is now working as Operations and Partnerships Manager.

Under several scopes of intervention, she will work on the implementation and operational follow-up of the various listed and unlisted investments, the follow-up of the relations with the various partners (insurers/ custodians/ brokers) and the design, implementation and follow-up of the regulatory documentation associated with the operations.

Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Money, Banking, Finance and Insurance (MBFA) with a specialisation in Market Risk Analysis from the University of Montpellier and a university diploma in Big Data and Risk Analysis under Python from the University of Montpellier. She will graduate in October 2022.

Sarah joined Pergam’s Management team as a Manager Assistant.

Rosida was receptionist and assistant at Chesapeake Luxury Packaging, then CLP Packaging from 2001 to 2016.

She joined Pergam in 2016.

Guillaume joined Pergam’s Private Equity team in 2019. He started his career as an officer in the French Navy before joining the financial advisory firm Eight Advisory in 2011 where he advised companies and private equity funds on their acquisitions or financial and operational restructuring.

In 2016, he joined the Descours family holding company (EPI Group) as Investment Manager.

Guillaume holds a Master’s in Management and an MSc in Corporate Finance from EDHEC.

Mélissende draws on over 10 years’ experience in marketing and communications in international environments.

She began her career at Lehman Brothers in Equity Sales before joining the Omani Sovereign Wealth Fund as an analyst. She continued her career at Nestlé in Oman, where she was in charge of marketing operations. Back in France, Mélissende contributed to the development of marketing strategies at PAREF and Aestiam.

In August 2024, she joins Pergam as Marketing & Communications Manager.

Mélissende is a graduate of ESSEC and Sciences Po Paris.

With 15 years’ experience in Management Companies and Private Equity, Thibaut began his career in the field of Family Office and Private Equity accounting. He then joined Platina Partners in London as Financial Controller.

He moved to Paris in 2018 and joined Sagard as Financial Controller, where he took care of the Management Company accounts as well as monitoring Private Equity investments.

Thibaut DELORD joined Pergam in July 2024 as Finance and Administration Manager. He is a graduate of EDHEC BBA Nice.

With more than 15 years of experience in financial markets, he began his career in investment banking on the primary equity market.

Alexandre then turned to the “buy-side” where he worked in the positions of Analyst and then Manager in various independent management companies (Mansartis, Actis AM). He developed cross-asset expertise with institutional clients.

Recently, he was Bond Manager at UBS – La Maison de Gestion, where he actively contributed to the development of the fund range.

In 2023, he is joining Pergam as Deputy head of Fund Management. He will notably participate in the management of the Pergam Global Fund, in the development of the bond activity and will provide his expertise on the ESG theme.

Alexandre holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.

With over 20 years’ experience in asset management and relations with wealth management advisors (CGP), Blaise Nicolet began his career in private banking, where he specialized in assisting private investors.

In 2007, he joined Rothschild & Cie’s Sélection R team, where he discovered the world of CGPs and perfected his approach to solutions tailored to their specific needs.

In 2011, he decided to join Sunny Asset Management, then in the midst of a development phase. For more than 13 years, Blaise made a decisive contribution to the company’s growth, which took it from less than €100 million in assets under management to more than €1 billion by the end of 2024.

In January 2025, he joins Pergam as Business Development Manager. He will bring his expertise in business development, particularly in relations with PCGs and in expanding the company’s distribution networks.

Blaise holds an international MSc in Wealth Management from ESCP and an MSG in International Business Law from Paris Dauphine.

Noah Malka has joined Pergam as a Business Development Analyst. He works within the sales team in developing and monitoring relationships with clients and partners, as well as in managing the offer.

He has initial experience in asset management and financial markets, acquired at leading firms. At Lazard Frères Gestion, he participated in the preparation of commercial proposals for institutional clients, as well as in client relationship and the production of presentation and reporting materials. He also contributed to the regular distribution of market notes and fund updates to sales teams.

Previously, Noah worked at Mandarine Gestion – Meeschaert, where he took part in the financial and extra-financial monitoring of stock portfolios, database impact management, and supporting the launch of new products. He began his career in market finance at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, supporting front-office activities on interest rates and derivatives.

Noah holds a degree from Audencia Business School and completed part of his studies internationally at Inha University, in South Korea, with a specialization in Global Banking and Finance.

After her initial experience as an ESG analyst at a subsidiary of the Caisse des Dépôts group, Chloé turned to Private Equity. In 2015, she joined Calao Finance, a private equity firm, where she participated in sourcing, researching investment opportunities and executing deals in various fields. At the same time, she monitored and supported the managers of the holdings.

In 2022, she joined Pergam’s Private Equity team as a Manager.

Chloé has a Master’s degree in financial engineering from IAE Gustave Eiffel.

Clément joined Pergam’s Private Equity team as an analyst in March 2024.

Prior to joining us, Clément completed a private equity internship at Capza and an M&A internship at Bryan, Garnier & Co.

Clément holds a Master in Management and MSc Strategy, Organisation & Consulting from EDHEC.

Thierry started his career at Caixabank as a portfolio manager.

In 1999, he joined Merrill Lynch where he was in charge of a portfolio of private and institutional clients, managing equity positions in the European and US markets. With Pergam since 2005, he invests in equities according to opportunistic or long-term models.

Thierry holds a DESS in consulting and wealth management from the Institut Supérieur d’Etudes Financières et d’Ingénierie, ESC Marseille group.

Sabrina is an accountant with 9 years’ experience in various accounting firms.

Sabrina holds a professional degree in Management Control from EFC.

She joined Pergam in 2024 as an Accountant.

Anna joined PERGAM in September 2025 within the Middle Office team.

Before joining PERGAM, she completed internships in Asset Management at Swiss Life as well as in active allocation at Vauban Patrimoine.

Anna holds a Master’s degree in OMNES Education and completed part of her studies abroad, at the International School of Management in Germany.

Ineke started her career in the luxury hotel industry in Belgium and Germany. 

She then held various operational positions in Parisian hotels before working for 8 years with the General Management of the Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme.

She joined PERGAM at the beginning of 2022 to assist Olivier Combastet, the President, and to take charge of the organisation of internal projects.

After internships at Candriam in fixed income and at Groupe ADP in predictive modeling, Vincent joined Pergam in February 2025 as a Quantitative Analyst.

He develops systematic investment strategies for the company’s equity and bond portfolios.

Vincent has also developed a quantitative infrastructure for the management team, including strategy simulation tools, portfolio analysis, and automated ESG scoring for Article 8 and 9 funds.

Vincent is an engineer from ESILV in Quantitative Finance, having completed scientific preparatory classes.

Manuel joined Pergam in 2007 as a private equity analyst.

He participates in the structuring and monitoring of proprietary investments and in the selection and monitoring of third party private equity funds.

Previously, Manuel worked for the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) in the Department for Service Providers and Savings Products.

He is a graduate of ISC Paris, specialising in International & Corporate Finance.

Elodie started her career at Pergam in 2004 as a management assistant to Olivier Combastet for 13 years.

She is now Private Equity Assistant.

After various internships at Comgest, BNP AM and Bpifrance, he joined Louis Capital Markets as a Quantitative Analyst on the Cash Equity Desk after completing his internship there, where he stayed for 4 years.

He joined Pergam in January 2023 as a Quantitative Analyst to assist the management team with investment ideas, timing and formalising the investment process.

In 2025, Sovann becomes fund manager.

Sovann graduated in Financial Engineering from ECE and in Mathematics and Modelling from the Sorbonne.

Vincent joined the Pergam team in 2008 as Information Systems Manager.

Previously, Vincent was an IT maintenance manager in an IT services company specialising in the outsourcing of IT equipment. He also worked in the IT team of a law firm in Paris from 2001 to 2004.

Amel joined PERGAM in 2021 after 8 years of experience in the field of customer care.

Amel holds a BTS in accounting.

After 25 years of investment banking with JP Morgan and UBS in London, he moved to Paris. Charles-Henri has been managing listed and unlisted investment vehicles for 10 years.

He is also a board member of several companies.

He joined PERGAM as a Senior Advisor in 2017.

Charles-Henri holds an MBA from INSEAD
