Value creation: speed of execution, repositioning of assets, ESG approach and search for the best certification standards (BREAAM, DBNB, etc.), improvement of the energy mix and diversity of exit scenarios.

Strategy

In a market that requires specific sourcing due to its great geographical disparity, Pergam is partnering with CONREN Land and GLOBAL GATE Capital, two specialists in office real estate and logistics in Germany and certain other European countries.

These operating partners co-invest with Pergam Properties Germany in selected projects.
