Pursuant to the provisions of Article 314-82 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (French Financial Markets Authority), Pergam is not required to prepare a report on intermediation fees for the financial year 2021.

HANDLING OF COMPLAINTS

Pergam has established and maintains an operational procedure for the rapid and efficient handling of complaints from its customers. Any complaint can be sent by post to Pergam - 28 rue Bayard - 75008 Paris France or by email to rcci@pergam.net. The management company will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum of ten working days following receipt of the complaint, unless the response itself is provided to the client within this period. Unless special circumstances arise and are duly justified, it will provide a response to the customer within two months of receiving the complaint. In the event of persistent disagreement, the customer may contact a mediator, including the AMF Ombudsman. The form for requesting mediation from the AMF and the mediation charter are available on the website http://www.amf-france.org.
